rev:text	I recently visited this facility to see some items I viewed on-line. I asked a couple of sales rep where I would find the items and was directed to an area where the items were suppose to be located. However, I couldn't find the items I was looking for. I than asked another sales rep who directed to another area and once again I was unable to locate the items. I contacted the sales rep once again and advised that I couldn't find the items and he/she told me they were busy with a customer but would help me afterwards. I told the rep ok and would be looking around in the area they were at. After awhile my son whom was with me told me the rep was done and was now helping someone else. This annoyed me since I was promised their help. I do realize that the store was busy but I'm a customer just like everyone else. So I went to customer service for help and got the help that I needed. Allie and Hai were awesome they went above and beyond for me. Thank you both so much.
