  • Do I have to give a star? Customer loyalty means nothing anymore we need better options, Cox rips you off constantly raising your bill slowly every month so you don't notice I'm looking for alternative they should have a better basic package and allow us to pick what 30 channels we want for a set price not including the premium channels of course. You guys at cox are greedy I did not want to give you any stars but in order to post I'm forced too.
