  • I had a tech come out to see if we could renew the warranty we had let it lapse for one year. The tech they sent was rude and just said they have to retreat the house, when I asked questions about the reason that area wasn't treated properly he just told me it was my fault for letting the warranty lapse a year instead of what there treatment would cover. Most rude tech I have ever met in my life terrible.
