  • I used to love these Cleaners and had been going to them for years. However, new management took over and since then things have swiftly gone downhill. Service is poor, you get a lectured response if you feel that your clothing item was not done well, the pressing is horrible (I've had to take items back at least once every single dropoff), they've lost items and claim they had never received it. The location is ideal for a natural cleaners due to being next to Whole Foods, but honestly the service has gotten so poor and it is quite evident family members employ the place. It is not the service-front as it used to be. Looking for a new natural dry cleaners as soon as feasible.
