  • Booked an appointment for 5pm to work on our car. They didn't start working on it until 630pm. I'm not sure what's the purpose of the appointment, when you have to wait more than an hour to have them even start working on your car. Customer service wasn't that great either. They failed to give us proper information on what needs to be fixed and details.
