  • So I went here back in March of this year and I had a fantastic experience. I had Dr. Herpolsheimer and he was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to go here to see him. However, the issue I am having and why I am giving it only 2 stars is because their billing department are idiots. I have received a bill five times now, each time billing tricare. I have told them the other four times they are billing the wrong insurance company. It is supposed to be TriWest, which is what veterans using the VA use, not tricare. I am so tired of them not listening to me even after I give them the correct name and address to who they are supposed to be billing. If they can ever fix this issue, I will move them up to five stars.
