  • The driver showed up half an hour late and scared me to pieces. As a single woman stranded with a broken down car, a tow truck driver that arrives flailing his arms and literally yelling at me, is terrifying. Thankfully my family arrived to give me a ride home and intervened. When I called the company to say something, I was told he's just like that sometimes. Please don't ever use them.
