  • If I could give a 0 STARS!!! First American Home Buyers Protection sent Rite-Away Services to fix our faucet that broke outside. The plumber said he needed to cut a hole in the wall in my bedroom to fix it, the hole is 19" x 14", he told First American it was only 12", if I could only post the photos. Then the faucet he put on the outside does not meet regulations and sticks out about 3". A friend who works in the county checked it out and he said it was substandard and did not meet the regulations and we should contact First American. We did, their response, we want to see the report. They have all the pictures and still deny that Rite-Away Services did substandard work. Time to make some media noise.
