  • I really like this store and have shopped here since it opened. However I have found the customer service here has declined so much that we shop here less often. Trying to find someone to help has become a chore. The last time we were there a young man came with a ladder to get down a case for us but was barely civil. When we thanked him for the help he just walked off. We passed him again in the store and said thank you again and he said nothing and walked away. Way to make your customers feel special. Not sure if some of the employees recognize that the customers purchases pay their salary.
