They just raised prices to ridiculous levels. $75+ just for my Internet... Add today it went out, of course. First I have to go through the automated menu that is a complete joke. 17 menu prompts and tech support steps and 25 minutes later... nothing. Get a live person and guess what, they want you to do all the steps again so they can verify. What did I waste all this previous time for? Oh, they cant help me, so now its level 2 support. Guess what... lets do all those steps again. Now its been an hour and they claim it must be on my end, they wil send someone out but I might have to pay for it.
Wrong. If I am paying you $75 month, you are going to fix what needs to be fixed and not charge me extra for that. Well, Im now shopping around and ready to leave Cox after 7 years.
