So 2 weeks ago I started getting my butt kicked at Dobson Ranch Fit Body Boot Camp and it's been the best decision I've made. I was going to the gym but not getting the results like I am here. So far down 13lbs since i started boot camp. Today I'm stronger than the first class and Avery Hart our coach has pushed me passed my insecurities and fears of believing I can't do certain routines like box jumps. It's by far one of the best places to get a great workout in. I love their app you just sign up for class and check in when you get there. I'm a shy person at first so it was a challenge to want to start but everyone is welcoming, motivating and not intimidating. Your coach assist along the workout checks your form and you. If something might be too hard or a issue physically then they modify so that you can still get a workout and build that strength.
