No double talk, sales platitudes, or leading questions. As a retired insurance agent myself, I know sales techniques (especially the sneaky ones) inside out and see them coming from a mile away. A salesman that exudes this kind of honesty, friendliness and personal courtesy in an authentic and sincere package are few and far between, believe me. Shopping for a new car is always exciting of course. Your own excitement combined with a sales rep that listens, truly listens to what you're looking for can make the whole experience as fun as going to your favorite amusement park. This dealership was as clean and modern as one would expect. The general manager visited briefly. There was no hard sell to be found anywhere. Highly recommend this as the the best deal and sales treatment for any new Mazda.
