  • If I could give this place a 0 I would. Unfortunately I dropped my phone on cement, breaking just the glass, but the phone still worked perfectly. itech claimed that it could replace just the glass, which was great for me because that was all that was broken. I dropped off my phone and sent my husband to pick it up, and he returned home very upset because they actually broke the phone!!!!! When replacing the glass they actually broke the LCD and now the phone won't wok at all. They suggest that now instead of spending $130 to replace the glass (which they didn't charge me for) I should go to Apple and spend $240 to get them to replace the LCD. On top of that the tech did not install the glass correctly and it no longer sits flush to the phone's body. The tech also did not put the two screws on the bottom of the phone back. Absolutely worst costumer service ever, I would NEVER recommend this place. Pay double and get it fixed somewhere else otherwise you are just going to end up with a product that was worse off before it came in.
