When you dine at a restaurant in a nice hotel such as the Bellagio, expect to pay a lot just for the location and ambiance. So yes, it is expensive but it is also very good. Portions are small which I actually like because I'm not looking to get stuffed ordering a la carte. This is not AYCE. Small portions translate into perfect little bites with a lot of fresh flavor here at Yellowtail.
The King Crab Tempura was outstanding. So delicious. Crispy outside, tender juicy king crab chunks on the inside.
Popping rock spicy crab was amazing! I'm gonna try to get my local sushi chef to add that to their menu.
Toro was priced a little high for even a fancy place but it was fresh and of course, melt-in-your-mouth divinity.
I'll come back to Yellowtail when I'm back in Vegas.
