  • Was visiting friends from out of town. Since I had some time off, I figured I would get my Grand Cherokee Overland looking fresh for the Spring. I did a quick search on Yelp and found PCD. I wasn't sure since it hadn't been reviewed yet, but then I realized it was a new business. I really liked reading that the business was a startup by a very ambitious guy and that he seemed to be passionate about the work. I was able to get an appointment right away and the business came to me. Brad, (who is the owner). He was very friendly and cracking jokes. We went over the package I selected (Platinum). I told Brad I was looking to have the vehicle steamed, carpets cleaned, and the leather conditioned after it was cleaned. I also wanted the tires and 20" wheels looking bright. He assured me it was no issue and that it would look good. After tossing my keys, I went for lunch and hung out in my room a bit. Brad called me when he was done to show off the fantastic job. The Jeep looked like it belonged on a showroom floor! The Jeep smelled great, shined in the sun, and I can tell was taken great care of. So, in closing, I found the attention to detail to be impressive, and I (a huge advocate of customer service) appreciated the professionalism, the polite and respectful demeanor and sense of humor Brad had. I will definitely use PCD again next time I am in town! Thanks PCD!!!
