I've visited this branch (and others with the same problem) of the lobby leader standing doing nothing in the lobby while 2 tellers tackle a line of about 5-10 people each time. Although it may not seem like a lot, you stand in line for a much longer period than I would like. I'll never understand why there is a line supervisor that stands and watches over the 2 tellers instead of helping with the line and a lobby leader that does me, or other guests NO help. The positive I can say is that the tellers are always friendly and do their job well. Once I get to the window they try their best to get me out quick.
