  • Just started going to this cleaners and had a great experience the first time with the nice woman that worked The counter. I came back a second time, she was there to help, Very nice and personable. Within 30 seconds she was rudely pushed away by a female Asian woman Who I later learned was the owner. She was not only rude to her employee but was very rude to me. Basically telling me what I was going to do, not listening to anything I was saying. She was very rude and impersonal. I picked my clothes up the next day, again from the very friendly woman that helped me originally. I told her that I was treated very poorly as was she by the owner and I would never be back, she apologized for the owners behavior.
