  • After posting my original review I was contacted by the manager of the Desert Ridge location, Brandon. He was apologetic and expressed his concern with the lack of communication between the locations and the corporate office. He was able to help make me feel better about my experiences and he made the situation right. This 5 star rating is for Brandon and the way he manages his location.
