  • I would have given this business 5 stars but a one day delivery turned into two. Greg was exceptional inside the showroom. Was patient, and willing to negotiate to a fair price for a queen size bed, box spring, and frame. At the time of purchase the manager was willing to give me an additional discount and a free set of sheets. Later that evening my bed/box spring arrived without a frame or sheets. Wasn't pleased. And I had to unwrap the plastic. Ok maybe in California we have different standards. Called and spoke to a different person right away and they said everything would be delivered the next day. My main concern is no one took responsibility for the error. Accountability is key. If you are patient and diligent, this is the place for you.
