  • Edit: Shayne did reach out and make things right, which was greatly appreciated. I think that she is passionate about her work and that she will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Utilized services for 2013 taxes. Communication was sub-par. Emails weren't responded to until I requested my documentation returned to send to another accountant. If your taxes are simple and you don't have many questions, this place is probably a peg better than the strip mall places. Personally, I've never been to a strip mall tax prep service, so I don't have a basis for comparison, but I expect more from a CPA with her own shop.
