rev:text	I went to jiffy lube to get my oil changed on a car I just got. I drop off my car and go next door to waste time and when I come back they have me pay and I get my key. As I'm walking to my car my key isn't working I.e. unlocking my car so I turn around and say what happened, my key isn't working. The guy says it popped apart and he just pushed it back together. I was in a hurry to get on the road because it was Friday and i was leaving for the weekend and already behind schedule so I just left assuming he just didn't put it back together correctly. (My head went there because this literally just happened to a neighbor. She took apart her key to change battery but it wasn't working so she came to have me check it out and she had the circuitboard in backwards, easy fix) well I made it to where I was going and took my key apart and a part was missing. I called them right away and the guy says "if it was dropped it's probably in the trash by now because we sweep the shop often" so he told me to call the number on back. After like 10 days and multiple calls and having to go back to show them what happened they tell me it's not their fault and it couldn't have been them. It worked before I dropped it off and it didn't when I came back ... it's pretty clear they broke it. Any who i could tell when I walked in they were unprofessional from the guys arguing and that should have been a sign to run. Lesson learned ... AVOID THIS JIFFY LUBE AT ALL COST!! They are rude and very unprofessional and won't take responsibility if they screw up
