  • I travel all over North America the majority of the year, and have stayed at almost every Renaissance in the US. I've gotta say, this one is one of my favorites. My stay was on a Thursday night, and had a room on the 10th floor facing East. It's located right down town in the theater area, and it's an extremely easy walk to a lot of essentials. There are convenience stores a couple buildings down, and tons of bars and restaurants to check out all around. The valets at the front door are extremely polite and will open the doors for you and call you a cab if you need it, and the front desk people are extremely friendly and will help you with whatever you need. The rooms are great, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms have large desks, which are great if you are doing paperwork or have to setup to do some business work in your room. TV's are great and have good programming, the beds are super comfy, and the bathrooms are large with good showers. After being here, this is probably the only hotel in Pittsburgh that I will ever want to stay at again.
