  • A few weeks back I purchased a used quad from the Craig location. I went to take it out on Sunday to find that the battery had lost its charge. I tried to recharge the battery, but it would not take a charge. Unfortunately the Craig location is closed on Mondays. Luckily for me I found that the Rancho location is open. After giving them a call and speaking with Bridget, she was able to get me setup with a replacement battery in a matter of minutes. There were a few challenges once I arrived to get the battery, but she and the staff were able to get over the smooth bumps smoothly! She had a great attitude and approach took the sting out of having to buy a new battery. Thanks again for the laughs Bridget!!!!
