  • Let me just say, "I am over the moon with my new ring!" When I first met Yuhan, I was all over the place with ideas. He was so patient and intuitive where I needed to go. I had seen a gorgeous ring there a year ago and had some stones to use, so he suggested they remake the ring using my stones. I needed it rather quickly and they were so accommodating in completing it when I needed it. They are true artists in every sense of the word and VERY fair. I did a lot of research and Ballantyne Jewelers were the easiest, most reasonable, no pressure, knowledgeable (I had one jeweler try to tell me my stone was a moissonite?)! So rude! I'll never go anywhere else. It's such a family affair, and they are in this business because they love it! Can't say enough about this fine store and this fine family! If you're in the market for a nice piece, you MUST check them out......you'll be back if you look elsewhere!
