  • Decided to give mini of Tempe yet another try-- made an appointment and was PROMISED A loaner car. Got a call an hour before appointment that they had no more loaner cars and had to reschedule our appointment. I had told the gal when we made the appointment that I was giving them a 2nd chance and that today was our 25th anniversary and we had to have a loaner. This place is a joke. No customer service at all! I would never recommend this place ever! Drive yourself to a dealer that will actually take care of the customer. Horrible horrible horrible customer service!!!!!!!
