  • We've done business with Ballantyne Jewelers for over a decade, including custom designed wedding bands and engagement rings, necklaces and a beautifully designed ring made from the wedding rings and stones of my grandparents (who were divorced after 40 years of marriage) turning something with negative connotations for my family into a great piece that reminds me of my sweet grandmother! Recently a diamond fell out of my wedding band (they really should be checked periodically) and I was looking at paying a deductible in order to replace it through my insurance. Sami at Ballantyne Jewelers told us he could fix and replace it at the same cost or below our deductible. When we called back a few days later to see what the final estimate would be, he informed us that he had already fixed and replaced the diamond at no cost to us! He told us he valued us as customers and we certainly felt and feel that way. Ballantyne Jewelers definitely has our business for any of our future jewelry purchases!
