After calling to confirm that they closed at 4, I arrived at Willi's at 3:54 on December 24 to purchase a ski bag before leaving for Switzerland. I found the door locked and the staff telling me they were closed and that I could not make a purchase because they had already turned off their system.
After I insisted I was allowed in and yelled at immediately by the manager for taking up time on their christmas eve. Another disgruntled employee showed me the ski bags, I told him I needed one to fit my 187 skis and he pointed to a bag which I took to the desk and promptly paid for. I was out by 4:01 and would have been sooner if the store had been open as they had claimed they would be.
It is now christmas night and I have a 7am flight tomorrow, with a ski bag that turned out to be way to small for my skis.
