  • I've come here for oil change several times because I like the free car wash that comes with it. They do a decent job at washing the car. The oil change is usually fast and as expected. Now to the things that are not ok hence 2 stars: 1. They always try to up sell you things from the minute you pull up. Granted most places would do that, but they are just a tad bit pushier than others. This I find unnecessary 2. Now the really annoying part is the air filter scam which seems to be super popular in most oil/lube places. The mechanic comes out with this incredibly dirty and grimy green air filter and say how it's not only harming my lungs, but also does horrible things to my gas mileage bla bla. I mean that thing looks awful, why wouldn't anybody want to change it?! Well the funny thing, is that my husband changes my car filter and it's "peach" color! These people don't even have a decency to show me my real filter! As I am waiting for my car to be done I see them ask other customers the same question - I guess everybody who comes in coincidentally has a horribly dirty green air filter. I get it - it's a super easy job to do, and they make a quick buck on replacing it, but assuming that everybody who walks into their place has no clue about their air filter it just so obnoxious to me. Straight up scam! I've seen this at many other places so this is not unique to this location by any means, so I'll probably still continue coming here and politely decline their gracious offer to change my filthy air filter.
