I've been going to Sweet Salon for about a year and generally am satisfied. Last weekend my regular stylist had an emergency so the receptionist suggested Cierra could step in. Big mistake. I don't believe I've ever had a more uneven, ugly haircut in a long, long time. I developed a panic attack during the end of the appointment and when she was finished I just paid and left. I knew the cut was as ugly as I envisioned because the receptionist could not stop starting at me.
I called the salon Monday to complain and my regular stylist, Gabby answered the phone. She apologized and offered to correct the cut for no charge. We'll see how it goes tomorrow.
I would not recommend Cierra. I don't believe for one minute that experience will give her what she needs to develop good skills. She was so confused, hesitant and awkward that I started to wonder if she'd gone to school at all. And it took her over an hour to trim my hair without a change in style.
