  • @DIRECTV @attcares @directvservice Installer dishonestly said equipment installed was new, I was given used and refurbished receivers, scratched up. Blocked off an entire day, because Directv scheduled tech to come back out and install new hardware, tech arrives and says impossible, they don't keep new hardware on the truck.
