  • Absolutely horrendous! I don't think it's possible for anyone to care any less. I've had hundreds of mani/pedis and this was by far the worst. First off she had my left foot in the water for no more than 1 minute and I'm sure it wasn't even that long. Wiped the callous file across it a couple times and called it good. I have major callouses so I really needed some help here but didn't happen. Rubbed a little salt scrub on my feet and ankles and stuck it back in the water. Right foot soaked a bit longer but still they removed zero callouses. Next, they use no base coat. First place I've ever seen that didn't use it. Two coats of polish and then the top coat. Trimmed the nails a bit so that was good. My big toe is kind of thick so most nail techs paint the front of the nail so you don't see this big white bit but not here. BUT, this all being said, it was wonderful compared to my French tip fingernails. I had to remove it the minute I got home. No smooth lines, the white was painted about 1/4" past the end of my natural nail which are really nice and exactly the length I want them and the white should've ended where they end. The file job left all sorts of nail matter underneath/attached to my nails since they didn't go under there to clean that out after they filed. Nasty. I also didn't get the fingernail soak the other people next to me did. The white was also very globby and was painted straight across. I think a two year old could've done better. No base coat here either. I know I had a Groupon for this but aren't the reason for these to get people in to your establishment? Shouldn't the quality of work be what your full paying customers get? A note about your "choice" of beverage: they are Moscato, White Zin, coffee, tea or water. Really? Plus, nowhere to put them once they give them to you. I had water and a glass of wine. They have this long white banquet, that everyone sits on, with no tables. I can't bend due to back surgery so I couldn't put them down at the edge of the water basin (which is what they suggested) so I had to hold them both. Ridiculous! Plus being down there they could've had nasty foot stuff flipped in there. The one star is for the coat of gel she put on one of my nails since it had a small break. yay! She didn't even use enough nail polish remover to remove the bit of tea bag I had placed under some nail polish to fix said break. So now that is under the gel as well. Oh well, added strength. Would not recommend and would not go back. I am moving out of town tomorrow so that won't be a problem but had to waste 3 hours for this mess in the middle of my packing time. Thought it would be a nice break, but no. It was a bit of a laugh though!
