Pros:
- Friendly staff, and even the owner came out to assist
- If needed, they have a free service to drop you somewhere (work, home, etc.) if it'll take them several hours to fix your car
- They mentioned the additional issues that they found, but they DIDN'T pressure me to get everything fixed right then & there
Cons:
- They have a minimum charge to get the car checked (around $100), but that can be applied towards the work that could potentially be done - even for future. I'm not sure if that's standard pricing for a mechanic, but other places I've been to don't charge just to check the car
- They found more issues with my car, which then added to the expense. So, the total cost came out to be more than I expected or planned to spend when initially choosing to go to Asian Imports (I chose to fix only half of the problems they mentioned)
**To this day, I'm still not sure if I was ripped off or not**
I'm willing to try them out again since my co-workers have been going to them for years.
