  • I wouldn't recommend this place for anything! They are rude, sneaky, and big time SNAKES! I was trying to rent a house, submitted all my information to "TOBIE" took her almost a week to do anything! I would always have to follow up with them! She would never return my calls or emails! Until finally she decided to call me to advise me that the owner wanted 600 more dollars on the security deposit because I was too "young" and my credit wasn't "established" enough. Listen it's either a yes or no if I was approved! I told her I was not paying those extra 600, she said she would follow up with the owner and call me back within the hour, Of course she didn't call me back within the hour "no shocker". Until finally she sent me a email saying the owner approved a more qualified applicant! Are you serious!! She was so unprofessional! Didn't even have the curiosity to call me to tell me! A waste of 150 dollars for the application fee! When I went in to try to get my money back they simple said no and asked me to leave! I advise them I was going to the Real Estate Division for discrimination!!! Worse place ever! I'll make sure all my friends and family know not to come to this shady "business".
