I purchased a Groupon for Twelve Cakes and they will not refund me because the owner has not contacted Groupon notifying them of her closing. Since the website is still up and doesn't say closed and she hasn't contact them, they will not refund. I talked with her before she closed and understand closing the doors, but I am frustrated she hasn't taken care of all the people who paid for her services and can't use their Groupons by at least letting Groupon know.
