  • Diane and I are pleased with the Security Screen Masters screens that were custom-built and installed in four windows of our North Las Vegas home. They are of high quality; made with stainless steel wire mesh that can thwart even the most determined burglar; and the included beige frame harmonizes nicely with the desert shade of the walls on which they are placed. Moreover, they give us some daylight inside the house that would have been lost had we covered every opening with rolling shutters. Our salesman was pleasant to work with and even went the extra mile to drive us to see installed company screens outside our neighborhood to show us different colored frames in operation. Installers came on time, and the installation went smoothly. But a week and a half later I noticed that one screen was wiggling at the top of one side in the wind. After calling the company office, a date and time were set to have someone come out to view the problem and make adjustments. What we did not appreciate is that on the initial early morning appointment, no one showed. After waiting two hours I called the company receptionist and found out that the technician had called in sick that morning, and was supposed to notify us that he was not coming. Well, he never did so on either the home phone or a cell phone. So, another date for remediation was set two weeks ahead in the early a.m. This time two technicians showed up, and a suitable adjustment was made to the waving screen within 10 minutes of their arrival, so it now locks down fully like the others, and is still able to be opened quickly in an emergency. So we received satisfaction in the end, and are well satisfied overall with the product and service.
