  • I've purchased my living room furniture from Levin within the past 2 years. I was recently in need or a new mattress and figured I'd stop in here this past Saturday.... waste of time. Not ONE employee acknowledged me during my visit. I was back in the mattress section trying to figure out what I want... there was a woman working with another guest and then a young man in a suit at the back desk of the mattress department, he spent the entire time on his phone. I'm not sure he ever looked up. I tried to make eye contact for help a few different times with no luck. The other woman never even offered a, "someone will be with you in a moment".. nothing. Very disappointing visit! Sorry Levin, you lost out on a sale and my business. Side note - After my experience at Levin I went to a store near my home. I would highly recommend American Buyers Mattress Discounts on 8th Avenue in Homestead. A much better experience than mine at Levin. Friendly, attentive, free shipping, and threw in some freebies.
