  • Called Petersons after ac unit blew hot air after turning on for first time of the hot season. They turned that into an opportunity to scare me into placing my home under warranty for two years at a cost of nearly $400 while telling me that my ac motor was going out. My ac unit was only a few years old. I was skeptical so I got an ac check from utility company along with a an air duct cleaning before petersons came back for their semi annual tune up. I was told everything was in great working order. Less than a week later, I was told by petersons that I was in desperate need of $600 worth of work. I feel very ripped off by this company and may be filing a complaint with the bbb.
