  • Not very good at all! Had a private instructor who was good but she quit a few weeks in.Started with a new instructor who was not good and couldn't speak English very well, let alone had no experience teaching. They continued to charge me even when their instructor quit!!! I was locked into a contract and only received half my tuition hack when I was not satisfied. Office staff never returned calls timely, taking as long as 3 weeks to get back to my repeated requests!!! Poorly run and managed, I would consider using a more experienced school, or hiring your own private tutor for about 25% of the cost, especially for Spanish, since they are everywhere in Arizona"
