WORST ATTITUDE EVER. Wouldn't have used them if my Home Warranty didn't recommend them. Cassie who answers the phone is horrible and the "manager" Randi who was right there was "on the phone". Too bad you could hear them talking. Maybe because they said they sent me an email to authorize service and insisted it got to me three times. When they read my email address back to me and saw that they got it wrong, I told them they are geniuses and asked for the owner's number, of course, they told me to Google it.
