They messed with my hair color, My "permanent" hair color washed out after 2 weeks. I was never told this was going to happen. If I knew, I wouldn't have done it.
They messed with my credit card. I was charged $200 more than I was supposed to. Associate fought with me, telling me "it's not his fault, it's the bank's fault" and that "there is nothing we can do." Pathetic. In the end, I got my money back since my bank got involved.
I understand making mistakes, we're all human. But at least own up to it and apologize, instead of blaming someone else and telling me that there is nothing they can do. They lost me because one person (not dropping names) who refused to own up to their mistake.
