  • I've been going to this location for quite sometime because it's close to home. It's jz funny that my car battery needs to be replaced almost every 2 yrs (past a little bit after so it's prorated) for the past 6 yrs, I mean how long does the battery normally lasts??? Anyway this is the first time I'm giving reviews for all the services I've come here because I'm so pissed off that they screwed up this time. Came today @ 8am for routine oil change and all of a sudden they came up for a battery replacement. It's 4 months passed beyond 2 yrs free replacement warranty so they prorated the price which came to almost $90 tax included (i think originally $129). Anyway it must be done so i did. After long 12 hours of work from nigh shift (7-7:30) and finally got home at 10 am, surprisingly, all of my passengers windows is not working at all from the driver's seat controller(???). Called the Firestone & spoke to Phil & I was told that it does happen when they replaced batteries sometimes it needs reprogramming (really??? !!!). If it wasn't for my routine every time I come home rolling all the windows down & leave a crack from the driver's master's switch, I wouldn't have found out, it might be an expensive fix later on if I didn't discovered it on the day I got service. Anyway, there's 3 of us customers waiting & all complaining about this place because according to them they all got screwed & spent thousands of money at this place. We all swore NOT to come back at this location or maybe any Firestone after today!!!
