JAMES CHOY ~ the name of my savior! He knows his craft and he does not have a default treatment with his clients with the usual "Hi, hello, how are you? What would you like me to do with your hair." He's honest, he's not passive and he's very involved with the whole process.
You know that sudden impulse we sometimes experience when we feel the urged to "revamp/ transform" our look and we end up getting our hair permed, colored, and chopped including the combined forces of all the strong chemicals we can probably think of to damage and fry our hair. Then you end up feeling depressed coz you have no one to blame but yourself. So you start contemplating and preparing yourself that the ONLY way to solve your problem is to get a pixie cut then move on and promise yourself " i promise never to do it again!" So you visit the salon for your appt then you have these ideas that you're ready to suggest but when James starts talking you just totally submit and end up trusting him. Then you leave the salon feeling so ecstatic coz not only was he able to save the remaining length of my crowning glory but he effortlessly made it look so lively. :) Hahaha! I always do this to him yearly. I cause my own depression and have him save me. And he never fails to awe me with his prowess ;)
My colleagues love him too... Prior to their sessions they would send me a text message complaining "My goodness! It's so pricey!!!" Few mins or an hour later they text me back "Oh my GOD! Every penny I just spent, it's so worth it!" Im very happy I was introduced to James few years ago by a trusted friend. That's why I'm only paying it forward :)
