  • Extremely unprofessional staff. On multiple occasions management failed to put in work orders after we called them. I'm sitting in my apartment that's currently 95 degrees and maintenance won't be out until tomorrow (if they even come) because by time I called back to see where they were maintenance already went home for the day. Office staff is more concerned about checking Facebook than doing their job. Moving once my lease is up
