rev:text	I got a gift certificate to this place one time and don't normally do spa treatments, but this place made me want to start. It's located upstairs in what used to be an old apartment that was refurbished to look like it was taken straight out a chatelaine magazine. Cute, simple, modern, zen. Just how yo would imagine a spa to look like. Walking in, I felt right at home with comforting decor and pleasantly welcoming staff. You take your shoes off right away and put on soft little slippers. They also offer you beverages upon arrival. I'm a big fan of tea and I was impressed with their selection of exotic herbs. I only got a facial there, but they also offer all kinds of other spa services which i am eager to try. My facial was extensive and well done. Months later my skin is still glowing. The lady who took care of me was very well educated and asked me many questions to make sure she gave me the exact treatment I needed. The facials take place in a private and quiet space another floor up, and they play soothing music and there is natural lighting which makes the mood impossible to be anything besides relaxing. As the lady was giving me a facial she told me everything she was doing which I liked cuz it helped me have better knowledge of skin care and showed her knowledge too. Whenever I asked a question she was delighted to share with me. After the facial finished she was very passionate to ensure I was happy and to let her know in the near future how my skin is. She also gave me a small tutorial on future skin care and certain things I can do to maintain a glowing look. This spa sells a line of skin care products which I encourage anyone to invest in. They're pricey but WELL worth it and last a long time. They even gave me a bunch of samples to try out at home with directions, which was a great way to leave the spa. I recommend this humbly inviting spa to anyone who wants to pamper themselves and needs to relaaaax. It also seems like a place I would bring a friend to enjoy the day with. I Will definitely be going back.
