  • I travel out of CLT weekly. As far as airports go CLT has a good variety of dining and shopping in the gate areas but not much outside the gate area. That being said, My only complaint is a lack of amenities for people waiting to pick up passengers. I've heard that this will be remedied when the new construction is done over the next year. This airport also has the longest wait to pick up luggage that I've ever experienced. Fix this and the airport will be a five star.
