We were looking forward to an all you can eat sushi/sashimi dinner, but were seriously disappointed when we got to the restaurant. There were only about 10 sushi/sashimi options, and everything else were food selections from a typical chinese buffet. Having being spoiled by Sushi Palace and other all you can eat sushi establishments in New Jersey, Hokkaido was several levels below par. The clean plates at the counter were not completely clean, and looked like they were somewhat greasy. A few times, I even saw an employee push a garbage can full of trash past the buffet counter, and made everything look unappetizing after that.
The crab legs were fresh and delicious, and the sushi was not bad, but I would just much rather go to somewhere else that is cleaner and with higher quality sushi than come back here.
