  • This is my second time going to this place. The first time I went there was for my eyebrows. The person who did the eyebrows did an okay job. Today I went with my mother and my mother in law to get manicures done. They pushed for gel manicure. Of course is more expensive. I asked few questions about it because I (neither my mother and mother in law) have had never done it in the past and they seemed annoyed by our questions and trying to push us to pick a color from the gel color wall fast (the place only had one client in the pedicure chair, so I still don't understand why they were in such a hurry) Anyway, 2 of us went for gel manicure and one for a manicure. Gel manicure which it was not 15usd as the advertisement outside says that Tuesdays and Wednesday's they have those prices, it end up being 25 usd because they said that if we wanted our cuticules to be removed that is the price. A lady started doing the the nails she was not nice. She had ZERO customer service skills. I asked her if she could file my nails in a square shape and she didnt listen to me, she did what she wanted. Then a new client got in and all of the sudden we were asked to moved to another technician, his name is Johnny. When he was about to start my nails I got an itch in my left hand so I scratched it and he very rudely told me not to scratch because he was about to do my nails! Really!!!!??? My nails didn't even have nail polish there and he was telling my what to do?! He did everything in such a hurry, I felt so uncomfortable. I couldn't and still can't believe I actually paid to get a very poor and rude service. When he was done I was in the chair getting my stuff and he came back and looked at me and said "really" so I supposed he wanted me to move from that chair even knowing nobody else was waiting for him or that chair for that matter. Then I realized that 2 of my nails where not right, ot was as if the nail color was rough so I asked him if he could fix it and of course he didn't like it. The 3 technicians that worked today (Wednesday, January 10th) were rude and no customer service skills. This so called nail spa experience was over 60usd. Of course I will never come back neither recommend to anyone! What I will recommend is to go somewhere else where they value you as a customer and the money you are leaving there for their service.
