| - This place needed to update dresses available. I looked for weeks savin and writing down item numbers of dresses i liked and wanted to try on. (Should be noted i did go back in march 2014, so sorry this review is late. Been busy trying to plan wedding..lol!!).
Appointment scheduling to try on dresses was easy, pretty good hours. It was during spring break and suprisingly they werent too busy. Just scheduled time to try on dresses for me and my maid of honor.
When i got there they had absolutely NONE of the dresses i had saved to their website. Wasted time..sigh. So i had to explain what i was looking for, and we started from scratch. Attendant (not sure what to call her??) was ok at finding what i was trying to look for, but really no such luck. She kept bringing out things i specifically did not want. I understand that you should try on things you wouldn't really think to try cuz you never know but really, lady, listen! Thank god i brought my maid of honor cuz she would ask how much alterations would cost, estimate of course. The lady could give NO opinion. My MOH could see i didnt love... let alone like ANY thing... she had to go and get the veils for me to try on, cuz the lady kept bringing over veils that didnt even match the dresses. Hard to "picture" a different style with every single dress i tried on...why dont you just BRING me that style then?? I thought we were in an alfred friggin' angelo wedding dress boutique? Haha
Dresses i did try on were great quality, have a lot of Maggie Sorrento dresses, for reasonable prices. Smaller boutique, quiet and not very bright lighting inside.
Needless to say I didn't buy my dress there :/
I wanted simple, A-line lace, light fabric, strapless sweetheart :) DID not listen at all.
