  • This place is TERRIBLE. Extremely unprofessional. My lab was in for a routine bordetella vaccine and the vet and vet tech were having difficulty giving the vaccine to my dog. They asked my wife to help hold her and even asked her to administer the vaccine. Extremely unprofessional. It is their job to administer routine vaccines and be able to handle pets that don't like trips to the vet and not enlist the assistance of the owner. I don't blame my dog for not wanting to be here. I will never go back. Also- do not use their independent "pet sitting" service from one of the receptionist. I did on short notice and came home to my dog in her crate where she was standing in her own diarrhea. This place is the closest thing I've ever experienced to a scam.
