  • Incredibly long lines since it takes so long for them to complete an order. And recently they have become very pushy with upselling. "You look hungry are you SURE you don't want a breakfast sandwich?!" does not make me want a breakfast sandwich. It actually makes me want to cancel my coffee order. So, do I look fat or malnourished? Overall the staff is really friendly, it just seems like this location is poorly managed.
